Can I see a note before I sign up?
Yes. The sample note is a real nine minute home health visit, flags and all.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Billing in the app, no email needed. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
Is the free plan safe to use with real visits?
Yes. The same encryption, access controls, and audio deletion apply. Only the signed BAA and BAA-covered transcription are Pro features.
What counts as a note?
One recorded session that produces a note. Editing, exporting, and inserting it are free.
What happens when a free user hits 10 notes?
The next recording asks you to upgrade. Nothing already written is lost.
How do seats work?
Team is billed per seat per month. Invite clinicians by email; change the seat count any time and Stripe prorates it.
Do you offer a referral credit?
Yes. Every account has a code. When a colleague signs up with it and goes Pro, you both get a month free.
I am a contractor. Can I expense this?
Usually, yes. Documentation software is an ordinary business expense for 1099 clinicians. Every payment emails a receipt, and invoices are always available from Billing.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan asks for an email or mobile number and nothing else. A card is only needed when you choose Pro.
