If the note field is a web form, the extension can fill it. Axxess, WellSky, HCHB, WebPT, Raintree, Fusion, TheraPlatform, and anything with a text box.
Nothing typed by hand
The note goes in as text, formatting intact. Copy to clipboard is one click when a system blocks insertion.
Logged every time
Each insert is written to your audit log with the note id and time. Note content never leaves the extension except into the field you chose.

The extension signs in with a short-lived token from your account. Sign out anywhere and it stops working.
