The service

Scribe drafts session documentation from recordings you make. Drafts are suggestions. You are the licensed professional and you are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and finalizing every note before it enters a record of care. Scribe does not provide clinical advice.

Your responsibilities

• Obtain any consent required in your state before recording anyone. The app shows a consent screen; you are responsible for its accuracy in your situation.
• Do not enter full names or other direct identifiers into client presets.
• Keep your sign-in link and devices secure.

Plans and billing

The free plan includes 10 notes per calendar month. Pro is billed monthly or annually. Team is billed per seat per month and seat changes are prorated. You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues through the paid period. Referral credits are applied as a one-month discount on a paid subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not use Scribe to record anyone without authorization, to store data you are not permitted to store, or to attempt to access other users’ data.

Liability

Scribe is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
